Four main are introduced in a stage and you must trace a line to link matching blocks. The more blocks you connect, the more damage that corresponding character class will dish out. There are several sub-blocks such as Super Skill Blocks that spawn either randomly or after a 3+ combo to further increase your damage or even heal your health.

Class blocksEdit

Class blocks are related directly to the four classes. Each block, when activated adds to the damage done by that class. Class blocks cannot normally be connected to other class blocks of different colors, but can be connected to most skill blocks.

Archer Block Edit

Archer Block Archer blocks are green and have a faded bow and arrow on them.

If you connect at least 3 blocks (with one of them being an archer block) all archers in your party will deal damage.

The damage dealt is based on the number of blocks activated and the attack power of the archer cards in your party.

Mage block Edit

Mage Block Mage blocks are blue and have a faded lightning bolt on them.

Skill blocks Edit

Skill blocks are special blocks you can activate by connecting them with other blocks. They have special skills and can activate other blocks in different ways, increasing damage done, activating other skill blocks, and even healing your party.

Skill blocks are mutually exclusive. This means that once a skill block is connected to a chain, another skill block of a different type cannot be added. For example, if a Sword block is added to a chain, another Swords block can be connected, but a Healing Potion block cannot.

Skill blocks can be connected to their Super Skill block version. For example, if a Sword block is added to a chain, a Double Sword block can be connected.

Healing Potion block Edit

Heal Block The Healing Potion block can be activated by connecting it to two or more class blocks.

On activation, the Healing Potion block will heal some of your party's HP. The amount healed is 20% of your party's HP.  There are two Spirit Stones which increase healing by 10% and 5%; if you have both equipped, the total healing from a healing potion is 23% of your party's HP.

Sword block Edit

Sword Block The Sword block can be activated by connecting it to two or more class blocks.

If this block is activated the all blocks in a diagonal line to the sword will be activated.

The sword block automatically cuts in the direction that hits the most blocks (e.g. a sword in the bottom left will cut from bottom left to top right.) If the sword block is in the middle column, it will always cut from top left to bottom right.

The Sword block can be connected to a Double Sword block.
